American Girl Victorian Hairstyle Tutorial

I’m a little obsessed with British History, and one of my favourite periods is the reign of Queen Victoria and her prince Albert. Add in one of my favourite romantic movies— the 2009 film. This American Girl Victorian Hairstyle is used to replicate the early years of her reign. Modeling this American Girl Victorian Hairstyle is Kaya. I chose her because the wig part is in the middle which would be traditional for this hairstyle and she has enough length in her hair to complete the bun. I also used a four strand braid instead of a three strand for both the bun and side wings to be more authentic to a regal queen like Victoria.
